1. Return Policy:

Return Period:
You may return products within 30 days from the delivery date. Please ensure your return request is initiated within this time
frame.

  2. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging .
  3. If the return is due to personal preference (dislike or quality concerns), the customer will bear the return shipping charges. Alternatively, customers may return the product to our warehouse at their own expense.
  4. Bulk orders (5 or more quantities) are non-returnable.
  5. For products purchased via a third-party platform, the return/replacement policy of the respective platform will apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you have 30 days to request a return or replacement. While we are not responsible for transit-related damages, we encourage you to contact our support team within the return window for assistance.

Return Process:

  2. If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, Exhale  will cover the return shipping costs.
  3. Once your return is approved and received at our warehouse, a refund or replacement will be processed.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • If the order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • For prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated immediately upon cancellation from our end.
